For this research, HFS assessed the software vendor landscape across enterprise conversational tools that have learning or process execution capabilities.

Based on direct feedback from customers, the firm ranked the capabilities of 13 digital associate products across a defined series of criteria, including innovation and execution.

In addition to its No.1 ranking in the enterprise products category, Amelia also ranked first among "Innovation Champions" for Amelia's scalability, flexibility, embedded intelligence and overall innovation.
