Amelia’s AI Leadership Recognized Repeatedly by Independent Analysts Firms

1 minute read

In the last several months, Amelia and our suite of intelligent products and solutions have received numerous accolades from independent third-party analysts. A trio of recent reports have positioned IPsoft as a clear leader in AI for the enterprise.

Given the level of hype in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) market, it can be difficult for enterprises to discern which vendors’ products are ready to deliver clear business benefits. That’s why we’re so honored when our products are validated by third-party analysts who provide an independent overview of the marketplace. And Amelia, our conversational AI platform, has received a substantial amount of validation as of late.

In fact, Amelia has been recognized in three separate reports from major analyst firms in the past six months as an industry-leading Enterprise AI platform.

In the most recent report, Forrester Research identified Amelia as a Leader in The Forrester New Wave™: Conversational AI For Customer Service, Q2 2019. Amelia received the highest rating possible in seven categories analyzed within the report.

Back in April, Forrester named Amelia a Leader in The Forrester New Wave™: Standalone Chatbots for IT Operations, Q2 2019. She was the only evaluated solution to receive differentiated scores across every category.

IPsoft is the only vendor to be rated as a Leader in both Forrester reports, demonstrating its industry-leading conversational AI capabilities for both employee and customer-facing services. (For more on how Amelia impacts both fronts, look at some recent case studies in the insurance, telco and finance industries.)

Meanwhile, earlier this year, Everest Group gave Amelia top marks in Conversing with AI — Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) Market Report 2019. Amelia was the only IVA to receive top ratings across all key dimensions. That report is available here.

Our global customers know that Amelia is an industry-leading platform that delivers real-life business outcomes for them every day. We’re excited and honored that major analyst firms continue to bring attention to our customers’ ongoing successes.
