“Hayley brings a deep well of entrepreneurial expertise to her legal talents that made her an outstanding choice to lead Amelia into our next phase,” said Amelia CEO Chetan Dube. “She is unique and stands apart from other general counsels in her ability to orient legal functions to enable business growth and development.”
Nivelle will lead Amelia’s global legal team and direct the company’s legal strategy and execution on matters including privacy, data security, patents, intellectual property, litigation and dispute resolution, employment, securities, commercial transactions, and securities and corporate governance.
