Amelia expands executive team in preparation for a year of explosive growth.
NEW YORK, N.Y., April 13, 2021 -- Amelia, the largest independent leader in enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), today announced Hayley Nivelle, Esq. has joined the executive team as General Counsel.

Nivelle will lead Amelia’s global legal team and direct the company’s legal strategy and execution on matters including privacy, data security, patents, intellectual property, litigation and dispute resolution, employment, securities, commercial transactions, and securities and corporate governance.

She joins the team from a practice she built on customizing legal services for start-ups and growth companies. Prior to launching her own firm, she served as the Chief Corporate & Commercial Counsel at Ubiquiti Inc., a multi-billion dollar, publicly-traded technology company, where she counseled the business through a multitude of matters, from new product launches and key technology agreements to company litigation and securities matters, and everything in between. Previously, she worked as Associate General Counsel for ION Media Networks, and prior to that negotiated multi-million dollar deals for banking and private equity clients at the firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
Nivelle earned her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and her master’s degree from Kansas State University. She will continue to be based in New York City.
