The third-party analyst firm’s assessment marks Amelia’s latest leadership recognition.

New York, NY, October 31, 2022 – Amelia, a leading Enterprise Conversational AI software company, today announced that third-party analyst firm, Quadrant Knowledge Solutions, placed Amelia in the top position in its SPARK Matrix™: Virtual Customer Assistants 2022 report.

The report was based on Quadrant Knowledge Solutions’ analysis of the leading Virtual Customer Assistant (VCA) vendors. The analyst firm conducted primary research to evaluate vendors’ products, market presence, and value proposition, and used its findings to inform its assessment of the VCA vendor market.

Quadrant Knowledge Solutions’ SPARK Matrix™ report measured vendors on their technology excellence and customer impact, which are the two axes of the SPARK Matrix™ graph. Depending on where vendors were placed on the graph, they were categorized as Aspirants, Challengers, or Technology Leaders, with the latter being the highest ranking. Among the 21 vendors evaluated, Amelia was named a Technology Leader and earned the top overall position for both technology excellence and customer impact.

In the report, Quadrant Knowledge Solutions recognized Amelia’s digital employee and human-like learning capabilities as key differentiators. The firm further emphasized the business value of Amelia’s digital employee by describing how she can be trained to “learn, adapt, and master some of the key customer service challenges.”
