(Alcobendas) Madrid, Spain / New York, New York, Feb. 1, 2022 – Amelia, a leading Enterprise Conversational AI software company, today announced that Toyota Financial Services España (TFS España), a subsidiary of Toyota Financial Services Corporation (TFSC), has hired Amelia as its customer care virtual assistant to improve operational efficiency and reduce response times to customer requests. TFSC primarily focuses on auto loans, leases and financing requirements for Toyota’s dealer inventory, providing auto sales financing to approx. 29 million customers worldwide.

As part of TFS España’s ongoing digital transformation journey, the company was looking for a Conversational AI platform with accelerated time-to-value that would improve operational efficiencies and reduce operating costs. TFS España was drawn to the joint value proposition of Amelia’s technology in partnership with Deloitte’s project delivery support, and hired Amelia as its customer care virtual assistant at the end of 2021.

Initially, Amelia will be responsible for performing financial contract management activities for TFS España. She will be available to talk with customers in Spanish through several channels including web chat, TFS España’s mobile app, WhatsApp and email.
